Helium LTA :: RE: Thinking about getting 1st kistler. Author: Lightninrod Posted: Tue Feb 01, 2005 2:25 pm (GMT 0) Topic Replies: 2
Reed: Welcome to the Kistler family .
Cal know's his rods(and reels ) and his recommendations are not to be taken lightly. I'm unfamiliar with either the Loomis you mentioned or the HE69APC but I do have and love four HE70MCs. Their Medium 'power' and 'fast' tip make for an all-round, versatile rod. I swim a 1/2 oz jig with mine as well as use it for spinnerbaits, cr/baits, buzzbaits, hard and soft jerkbaits, topwater, etc.
Don't worry too much as to which one Helium you get at first....................more will follow and good luck.
